Expected time of arrival stated 3:30 pm and we got to the airport at 3:00pm and apparently our kitten had gotten there 30 minutes before. You can do better with the expected time of arrival detail. Our kitten must have felt abandoned. Otherwise, the service is perfect.

Good service but please, you guys can should offer more days for delivery to my state. Thursday would have been the best day for pickup. I appreciate the work and the lady on desk was very helpful.
